The design originates from European technology and concepts, with core components using well-known European brand products and some piping valves from the +GF+ brand in the USA. After years of continuous innovation and improvement, the products are stable, reliable, highly automated, and can be remotely operated via a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system.
Working Principle
The lime dosing system is a device that prepares lime powder into a solution of a specific concentration for dosing.
Material is stored in a bulk warehouse, weighed by a feed scale, transported to the lime dissolution system via a screw conveyor, dissolved, and then pumped to the injection point by a screw pump or slurry pump.
Lime is commonly used in water treatment systems.

Neutralize excess coagulant and enhance the coagulation effect of the coagulant by increasing the pH value, acting as a flocculant aid.

Lime reacts with sludge, producing a heat-releasing reaction that serves to dewater and dry it, thereby increasing the solid content in the sludge.
