The working principle of the water slag vertical mill is that the motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through a reducer. The material falls to the center of the disc from the feeding port, moves to the edge of the disc under the action of centrifugal force, and is crushed by the roller. The crushed material overflows from the edge of the disc, simultaneously being carried to the efficient separator integrated with the vertical mill by a high-speed upward hot gas flow from the air ring.
The coarse powder is returned to the grinding plate after being sorted by the classifier, to be re-ground.Finely powdered materials are carried out by the air flow from the mill and collected in the dust collection system of the system. Coarse particles not carried by the hot air flow and accidental metal pieces enter the wind ring and settle, then they are scraped out by the scraper and fed into the mill again through the external circulating hoist for further grinding. This process is repeatedly cycled to break down the material.
