Process Introduction
Material falls to the center of the mill disc through the discharging pipe. The disc, rotating at a constant speed, disperses and flattens the raw material uniformly outward due to the force of centrifugal action, forming a bed of a certain thickness. The material is simultaneously crushed by multiple roller mills on the disc. Under the continuous drive of centrifugal force, the material moves outward towards the edge of the mill disc. When the material leaving the disc encounters the hot gas entering the mill through the wind ring and rises with it, it passes through the middle shell of the mill into the classifier. During this process, the material undergoes a thorough heat exchange with the hot gas, causing the moisture to evaporate rapidly.
The classifier controls the finished particle size at the roller mill outlet, with particles larger than the specified size being separated and falling back onto the grinding disc, while material meeting the fineness requirements passes through the classifier into the finished product storage.
