Mineral slag micro-powder production process:
(1) Raw Material System
The slag raw material is transported to the slag yard by trucks, first undergoes preliminary dehydration, then is sent to the receiving bin, and finally conveyed to the drying room via conveyors.
(D) Drying System
The slag in the drying room storage is fed into the dryer by a vibrating feeder, and the heat required for drying is supplied by a coal-fired hot air furnace in front of the dryer. After drying, the slag is conveyed into a steel silo via a screw conveyor and a bucket elevator, and then sent to the mill after being iron-separated by a belt conveyor.
Section 3: Powder Grinding System
The dried slag is fed into a vertical mill for grinding. The ground slag is then separated by a classifier, mixed with the mill slag, and returned to the mill for further grinding through a spiral conveyor, forming a closed-loop system. Qualified slag powder is transported to the finished product storage by a spiral conveyor.
(4) Finished System
The finished product warehouse of the slag micro-powder production line is equipped with a spiral conveyor that transports the finished slag micro-powder for packaging and delivery to manufacturers in need.
