Oxygen probe carbonization: Adjust the air flow rate for carbonization to 10~20 SCFH, which is equivalent to 5~10 L/min. Adjust the flow time to reduce the oxygen probe's electrical potential to below 200mV during carbonization. The carbonization duration should generally not exceed 90 seconds to prevent excessive temperature rise in the oxygen probe. The temperature of the oxygen probe should not exceed the furnace temperature by more than 100F (38℃). The furnace temperature during carbonization is typically maintained around 850℃. For 0.1%~0.5% CP treatment, carbonize once a day for 60~90 seconds. For regular carburization, no more than 2 times a day. For continuous furnace carbonization, it is recommended to carbonize 1~2 times daily, with an interval of 12~24 hours. For box furnace carbonization, carbonize once per batch. If the frequency exceeds the recommended number, it is suggested to reduce the carbonization time to 60 seconds each time.
