The threading machine consists of: the body, electric motor, reducer box, pipe chuck, die head, cutter holder, feed device, and cooling system.
Operating Principle: During operation, first place the pipe to be threaded into the pipe chuck, secure it with a collision, and press the start switch. The pipe then rotates with the chuck. Adjust the die opening size on the die head and set the thread length. Then, turn the handwheel clockwise to make the die blade on the die head apply a constant force to the rotating end of the pipe, automatically cutting the thread. At the same time, the cooling system sprays oil to cool the die blade. Once the thread reaches the pre-set length, the die blade automatically opens, ending the threading process. Turn off the power, release the chuck, and remove the pipe.
