This inflatable sealing ring and its sealing structure feature simple design, easy installation, excellent sealing performance, and the capability of achieving self-tightening in both axial and radial directions. The outer edge of the inflatable sealing ring is equipped with a guide positioning ring, and when the upper and lower lips on the inner edge are closed, they form a complete hollow circular ring. After filling the hollow circular ring with high-pressure gas (or liquid) within the pressure vessel, it expands outward, generating self-tightening in both axial and radial directions. The greater the pressure, the stronger the self-tightening, and the better the sealing.
Jingtu Rubber specializes in the production of inflatable sealing rings for pressure vessels. Over the years of operation, we have accumulated extensive experience in the development and production of inflatable sealing rings, assisting numerous manufacturers in solving various complex sealing issues. When it comes to inflatable sealing, we are the experts. Please feel free to call for consultation and customization.
