High-pressure Inflatable Sealing Airbags - Choose Qingtu Rubber. Focused on research and production of inflatable sealing rings.
In recent years, there has been a growing demand for inflatable seals, particularly in large-scale chemical plants and the automation equipment industry.
Inflatable seals are hollow profiles that are sealed (whether at the ends or straight sections, the ends are closed) for sealing purposes. An inflation medium inlet (such as a hose or valve) must be present to allow the seal (usually with air, but sometimes with other mediums like water) to be pressurized, causing it to expand and apply sealing force. This "advances" the seal by moving one side (or multiple sides) of the seal to the sealing surface.
The inflatable sealing parts are made of silicone rubber to suit your application. The provided seals are vented, but when air pressure is applied, the seals expand to meet the sealing surface. Upon pressure release, the seals return to their relaxed position.
Seals typically operate within specific groove dimensions, allowing for axial movement and radial inward and outward motion. Popular are silicone rubber inflatable seals, available in custom colors such as blue, white, or red, suitable for various sealing applications.
Seal leakage has been a persistent issue for many manufacturers, severely hindering production efficiency and product quality. Currently, a new type of seal has emerged in the domestic sealing industry, utilizing inflatable seals to address challenges that conventional seals cannot. Qingtu Rubber offers customized silicone inflatable seal services, assisting clients in the gas and liquid industries with stringent sealing performance requirements. Our technical support includes factory surveys and application development assistance, helping to reduce development time. Our technical department aids in developing customized inflatable seal applications and internal designs. We strive to meet all customer needs, with our quality control department rigorously testing the inflatable seals in extremely strict conditions. Only after each seal passes the test will the product leave the factory.
