Air-filled sealing rings differ from ordinary seals. Currently, most common sealing strips/rings rely on compression deformation for sealing, which is difficult to meet high sealing requirements. If the sealing ring operates under high pressure for a long time, it will cause significant deformation of the sealing strip, resulting in poor sealing performance after a period of time. Using an air-filled seal, however, this issue can be easily resolved. The sealing effect of an air-filled seal is adjusted by the air pressure. Whether the chamber is under positive or negative pressure, it can achieve complete sealing. The air-filled sealing ring should be 1MM below the installation groove when not inflated. During inflation, the pressure should be gradually increased until the desired sealing effect is achieved, then increase by 0.5 kg.
