Steam vulcanizing autoclave sealing method: Filled with air silicone sealing ring on the autoclave door flange. During operation, it is automatically sealed by compressed air inflation. The internal air pressure of the autoclave pushes the sealing ring out of the groove. As long as there is pressure inside the autoclave, there will be no air leakage from the door, and the better the pressure, the better the seal. When opening the door, releasing the air releases the pressure in the sealing groove, and the sealing ring automatically retracts back into the flange groove. The inflatable sealing design ensures the sealing ring never wears out, is versatile, easy to maintain, and provides a superior sealing effect compared to other methods. The lifespan of the sealing ring is over 2 years.
Sealing issues in steam vulcanization tanks have always been a source of concern. If you're still using ordinary bolts and gaskets to address this, it no longer meets the demands of social development.
Therefore, we have developed inflatable sealing rings that can be combined with most standard pneumatic accessories, and also easily adapt to "thrust" valves, requiring only a smooth inflation sealing hole.
Currently, most of our competitors in the steam vulcanizing tank market are still opting for complex steel valves, utilizing various threads and precise methods, combined with solid sealing rings for sealing. In contrast, our designed inflatable sealing rings can resolve our customers' concerns, as they simply require replacing a few basic products. Our inflatable sealing rings can help improve availability, reduce costs, and accelerate production speeds, all while maintaining the strict leakage standards many of our customers require.
Air Sealing Ring - Generally, within a specific groove size, the sealing part can move axially and also radially inward and outward. The market favorite is the silicone air sealing ring, and we can customize and produce in blue, white, or red.。
