Customize red inflatable seals? Look to Qingtu Rubber.
In recent years, there has been a growing demand for inflatable seals year by year, particularly in large-scale chemical plants and the automation equipment industry.
Inflatable seals are hollow sections that are sealed (either with or without end rings, the ends are closed) for sealing purposes. An inflation medium entry (such as a hose or valve) must be present to allow the seal (usually air, but sometimes other media like water) to be pressurized, causing it to expand and apply a sealing force. This "travels" the seal's side (or multiple sides) to the sealing surface.
Air-inflated sealing components are made of silicone rubber to suit your application. The provided seals are deflate-able, but when air pressure is applied, the seals expand to meet the sealing surface. Upon pressure release, the seal returns to its relaxed position.
Operates typically within specific groove dimensions, seals can run axially and also allow radial movement inward and outward. Popular are silicone rubber inflatable seals, available in custom colors of blue, white, or red, suitable for various sealing applications.
