Inflatable expansion seals are hollow seals made from high-quality, environmentally friendly silicone rubber materials. After inflation, they expand and deform, and upon deflation, they quickly retract to their original shape, used to seal gaps in machinery with special requirements.
Characteristics of Inflatable Expansion Seals
1. The sealed ends of the inflatable expansion sealing strip are used as straight air bags.
2. Connects to circular inflatable seals of varying diameters, and can also form square right-angle inflatable seal frames.
3. Design different hollow cross-sectional shapes for the sleeve bodies based on seal gap size, fluid pressure, and expansion/contraction frequency. These include circular, rectangular, square, trapezoidal, D-shaped, C-shaped, V-shaped, and M-shaped, etc.
4. Like standard solid seals, inflatable seals can achieve radial and axial sealing for equipment.
5. The inflation port is equipped with a metal valve or a flexible hose connection for intake and exhaust.
6. Colors: Natural silicone, porcelain white, red, blue, yellow, gray, black, etc.
7. Temperature Resistance: -60 to 280 degrees.
8. Inflating Pressure: 0.05-1.0 Mpa, varies with the cross-sectional size and wall thickness.
