The airtight door uses an inflatable sealing gasket for sealing, with three-point positioning at the front of the door and three-point locking at the back, while also improving the door panel's structural design. Tests have proven that the use of inflation sealing significantly enhances the automatic door's performance in terms of sealing, strength, insulation, and soundproofing. The inflatable sealing gasket is made from silicone rubber, offering excellent environmental and weather-resistant properties. The inflatable sealing gasket of the automatic door serves as the executing mechanism of the automatic door control system, relying on inflation to achieve sealing. Due to the flexibility of silicone rubber, the hollow ring expands plastically after inflation. Upon contact with the sealing surface, it undergoes flexible curve deformation, allowing it to seal gaps around the door in either straight or curved shapes. Upon deflation, the sealing gasket instantly returns to its original shape, restoring the equipment gap. It can quickly achieve both sealing and unsealing, with frequent inflation and deflation capable of reaching one million cycles. In the operational state, the internal gas pressure of the gasket exerts a strong sealing force, resulting in high airtightness and effective sealing. Currently, it has been well applied in automatic door projects in high-level biosecurity laboratories, disinfection rooms, isolation rooms, and other health and safety fields that have high requirements for airtightness.

The inflatable seal strips are embedded in the grooves of the door frame. Their working principle is as follows: when the door opens, the inflatable seal strip releases air and shrinks into the groove. When the door closes, the inflatable seal strip inflates, creating a tight seal between the door and the door frame, and the door is securely locked.
