I. Product Introduction
The HTB-ZK-M series low-speed engineering plastic pump is a single-stage, single-suction suspended centrifugal pump. It is meticulously designed by incorporating the advantages of domestic and international centrifugal pump structures, based on the technology of our company's HTB series horizontal pumps. Its unique jacketed structure is a first in China.
Compared to the HTB series horizontal pumps, this pump boasts numerous advantages: Due to its low-speed operation, the impeller and pump body are more wear-resistant and durable, resulting in a longer service life, smoother operation, and lower noise. Additionally, with the jacketed structure of the pump body, replacing the plastic pump body is sufficient when wear occurs, thereby saving maintenance costs. The pump also features our latest Y4 type integrated hard-on-hard mechanical seal, which not only offers greater reliability and a longer lifespan but also, thanks to its integrated sealed cooling structure, does not produce acid mist during operation like conventional mechanical seals, thereby protecting the environment from corrosion.
The overflow components of this pump are manufactured using modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, which is the latest generation of corrosion and wear-resistant engineering materials for pumps internationally. Its most prominent advantage is its superior wear resistance, impact resistance (especially resistance to low-temperature impact), creep resistance (resistance to environmental stress cracking), and excellent corrosion resistance among all plastics.
Therefore, this pump is particularly suitable for positions where there is granular corrosive medium.
Section II: Application Scope
This pump is primarily used in various industries such as chemical, non-ferrous metallurgy (gold, silver, copper, aluminum, zinc, cobalt, nickel, etc.), ferrous metal (steel pickling, manganese industry), chemical fiber, titanium dioxide, rare earth elements, rare metals, pesticides, phosphate fertilizers, citric acid, inorganic salts, papermaking, desulfurization environmental protection, and wastewater treatment.
