I. Product Overview:
FSY and WSY Vertical Glass-Fiber Reinforced Plastic Submersible Pumps, 1. The WSY pump is a vertical glass-fiber reinforced plastic submersible vortex pump. 2. The FSY pump is a vertical glass-fiber reinforced plastic submersible centrifugal pump, designed with an adjustable submersion depth of 800mm to 3000mm, depending on the depth of the storage tank or pit. The pump can be started without filling, as long as the liquid level is above the pump body. A leak hole is provided under the flat cover plate to prevent liquid from leaking out of the storage tank.
FSY and WSY vertical glass-fiber reinforced plastic submersible pumps have parts in contact with the medium made from modified phenolic glass fiber with polyvinyl alcohol butyral. These parts are molded into phenolic glass-fiber reinforced plastic components through high-temperature molding. The connecting and discharge pipes are made by semi-dry winding technology from phenolic glass-fiber reinforced plastic pipes. The impeller shaft sleeves are assembled using phenolic mortar and bonded to the pump shaft as a unit. All submersible components are assembled with phenolic mortar, ensuring no metal contact with the medium. The product boasts excellent corrosion resistance, with properties such as light weight, high strength, non-deformation, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. It can partially replace expensive metals like molybdenum-containing stainless steel, titanium, and titanium alloys in corrosion protection applications.
The FSY and WSY vertical glass fiber reinforced plastic submersible pumps are driven directly by an electric motor in the transmission and rotation direction: viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates in a clockwise direction.
II. Product Application:
The FSY and WSY vertical glass-fiber reinforced plastic submersible pumps are widely used in industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, smelting, dyes, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, rare earths, and fertilizers. They are the most ideal equipment for transferring various non-oxidizing corrosive media, such as non-suspended solid particles, non-crystalline substances, and temperatures not exceeding 100°C, in storage tanks.
