I. Product Overview:
The IR type thermal insulation pump is a single-stage, single-suction (axial suction) cantilever centrifugal pump designed for transferring liquids that are non-agglomerating, corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It conforms to the international standard ISO 2858 for its marking, rated performance, and dimensions, and follows the technical specifications of GB/T 5656-1994. It boasts a wide performance range, high efficiency, "three-standardization" level, high quality, and easy maintenance. Its efficiency is an average of 5% higher than that of the F-type pump, making it a recommended energy-saving product promoted by the state.
The IR-type thermal pump transports mediums such as clean water and substances with physical and chemical properties similar to water, below 150℃. It is connected to a pipe to supply steam or liquid at a reasonable temperature for insulation, and can transport mediums prone to crystallization.
