1. Features a unique single or double-blade impeller design, significantly enhancing debris passage capability, enabling efficient passage of fibers up to 5 times the pump's bore diameter and solid particles with a diameter of approximately 50% of the pump's bore.
2. The mechanical seal utilizes a new, hard and corrosion-resistant titanium tungsten material, ensuring the pump operates safely and continuously for over 8,000 hours.
3. Compact overall structure, small in size and low noise, with significant energy-saving effects. Easy for maintenance, no need to build a pump house, can work submerged in water, greatly reducing the project cost.
4. The pump's sealed oil chamber is equipped with a high-precision anti-interference leak detection sensor, and a thermal-sensitive element is pre-installed in the stator winding for automatic protection of the pump motor.
5. Fully automatic control cabinets can be equipped upon customer request, which provide automatic protection against pump leakage, electric leakage, overload, and over-temperature, enhancing the product's safety and reliability.
6. The float switch can automatically control the pump's start and stop based on the required liquid level, eliminating the need for constant supervision, and is extremely convenient to use.
7. The WQ series can be equipped with a dual rail automatic coupling installation system according to customer requirements, which greatly facilitates installation and maintenance, eliminating the need for personnel to enter the sewage pit.
8. Operates across the full range without overloading the motor.
9. There are two different installation methods: fixed automatic coupling installation system and mobile free installation.
