The ZJB type slurry pump is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal slurry pump developed by Yanshan Pump Co., Ltd. in Shandong. It is categorized into two structural types: horizontal (ZJB type) and vertical (ZJLB type). The horizontal pumps are further divided by outlet diameter into various sizes, including 500mm, 450mm, 400mm, 350mm, 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, and 40mm.
This series of slurry pumps features innovative hydraulic and structural designs. The flow components are made of high-chromium wear-resistant cast iron, independently developed for strong abrasion resistance, offering notable characteristics such as high efficiency, long service life, lightweight, reasonable structure, reliable operation, low vibration, low noise, and easy maintenance. They are suitable for industries including power, mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemicals, food, water conservancy, and wastewater treatment, for conveying abrasive or corrosive slurries containing solid particles. The maximum weight concentration of the solid-liquid mixture is: 45% for sludge and 60% for mineral slurry, and they can be operated in series according to user requirements. The performance indicators of this series of slurry pumps are at the leading domestic level, with most pumps reaching international efficiency standards.
The ZJC series slurry pumps utilize our company's exclusive special structure. This series is a single-stage slurry pump designed specifically to meet the unique requirements of pressure filters in China's coal selection process. When the pressure filter is in operation, the pump's flow rate decreases and the pressure increases. Due to process requirements, it is not permitted to inject sealed clean water at the pump's shaft seal, leading to slurry leakage at the packing area (even with auxiliary impeller power sealing is insufficient), which contaminates the working environment, damages the packing seal, increases maintenance workload on-site, and reduces the pump's overhaul lifespan. The characteristics of this series are that it ensures no slurry leakage at the packing area without the use of sealed clean water. This series of pumps can also be used in situations where the backpressure at the slurry pump inlet does not exceed 10 meters and there is no sealed clean water, with identical performance parameters and installation dimensions to the ZJB model slurry pumps.
The ZJB series slurry pumps have been listed as a power technology achievement promotion project by the Ministry of Energy, as well as a promoted selection product by the Ministry of Metallurgy and the Ministry of Coal. Additionally, they are designated as a main auxiliary equipment selection product for 50-300MW thermal power units by the Power Department, the General Design Institute of Electric Power and the Equipment Complete Bureau.
