5. Installation Instructions

1. Tank base requirements

The geometric dimensions of the concrete foundation should be established in accordance with the provisions of GB02S101.

The concrete foundation plane has a height difference of less than 5mm.

2. Installation, construction, and acceptance of the water tank

Professional welders performing on-site argon arc welding.

On-site construction has standard power supply. There is ≥500mm of maintenance space around the water tank.

No rust or contamination on the appearance; after being filled with water for 2-3 hours, the box should show no significant deformation and no leakage at the welds is considered qualified.

3. Tank Usage, Maintenance, and Care

Do not apply excessive load to the water inlets and outlets during piping.

Do not directly apply the weight of valves and large-diameter pipes onto the water outlet of the water tank. Install pipe supports if necessary.

Welded pipe expansion, contraction, and vibration must be equipped with expansion joints for flexibility.

4. Water Tank Configuration and Matching Accessories
