This product is an oil-filled sealed type. The principle is the same as that of a sealed power transformer. The basic elements of the amorphous alloy are iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon, boron, carbon, and so on. It is an isotropic soft magnetic material with low magnetization power, no structural defects to hinder wall movement, and an extremely thin thickness of only 0.027mm. The filling factor is correspondingly reduced to only 0.75~0.8, with a very high resistivity, 3~6 times that of silicon steel plates, and 5 times the hardness of silicon steel sheets. The amorphous alloy material is particularly sensitive to stress. The SH15-M-30~2500/6~10 series products have a no-load loss that is 70% lower than the GB/T6541 standard value. These products comply with the standard GB/T25446-2010 "Technical Parameters of Oil-Immersed Amorphous Alloy Core Distribution Transformers."
