The TF series features a full-metal structure transmitter with non-magnetic hysteresis and no mechanical transmission mechanism: The entire unit is based on modular design, with a newly designed indicator, 4-20mA remote signal output module, switch signal output module, instantaneous and cumulative flow display, HART protocol, and MODBUS(RTU) bus. The sensor material is standard 304 stainless steel (optional 316 or 316L). The indicator in the photo is a local pointer type. For horizontal flowmeters with an orifice size ≤ DN50, a T-type structure is commonly used. Indicators can be selected from other types based on site requirements.

It features a small size, wide detection range, and ease of use, and is suitable for measuring the flow rates of liquids, gases, and steam, especially for low flow rate and low volume applications. Over the years, the Tube Float Flowmeter has gained widespread application in industries such as petrochemicals, steel, electricity, metallurgy, light industry, food, pharmaceuticals, and water treatment, due to its excellent performance, reliability, and favorable performance-to-cost ratio.

Flow Meter Type:

The TF series metal tube float flowmeter consists of a measuring tube (sensor) and an indicator (electronic converter). By selecting different types of measuring tubes and indicators, various complete units can be assembled to meet on-site requirements.

The TF series metal tube float flowmeters are divided into 5 types based on the direction of the fluid inlet and outlet: vertical type, horizontal type (including horizontal T-type and horizontal spring type), bottom inlet-side outlet type, side inlet-side outlet type, and side inlet-up outlet type. Each type also has standard, high-temperature, and jacketed versions, among others.

Flow Meter Connection SpecificationsThe TF series metal tube float flow meter standard model adopts the GB/T9119-2000 flange standard, and the flange standard can be customized according to customer requirements; both threaded and clamp connection methods are available.

Locally mounted pointer indicates flow, no power required, no 4~20mA remote transmission, optional flow alarm device, dial available with either instantaneous flow value or percentage scale.

M3 model

Local digital display, battery-powered, no 4~20mA remote transmission, non-explosion-proof. LCD shows instantaneous and accumulated flow rates; on-site buttons are used to view and modify related parameters. The battery can last for 6 months; replace the battery when the T character appears on the display (battery model: ER26500, 3.6V, 7.5AH, -55℃~85℃).

M4 model

Electrical remote transmission, inherently safe design, explosion-proof mark ExdⅡCT6, optional HART protocol function. DC24V power supply, on-site pointer indicates instantaneous flow and digital display of instantaneous and accumulated flow. Two-wire system with 4~20mA output. Electrical remote transmission, explosion-proof design with ExdⅡCT6 marking, optional HART protocol function.
