The function of the flange:
Insulation between turns: inter-turn insulation of the main pole winding and commutator winding, armature winding inter-turn insulation, commutator segments, segment insulation, and insulation between individual turns of the same winding.
Interlayer insulation; insulation between layers of the main winding wound in layers, insulation at the front and rear ends of the armature winding, insulation between the upper and lower layers within the slots, and insulation between the upper and lower layers of the winding.
Ground insulation: Refers to the insulation between the various windings of the motor and the motor base, as well as non-electric components, the ground insulation of the main pole winding and the commutating winding, the ground insulation of the armature winding, and the ground insulation of the commutator. It isolates the electrically charged components within the motor from the non-electric components such as the base and core, to prevent ground breakdown.
Outsourced Insulation: Insulation wrapped around the ground insulation, primarily to protect it from mechanical damage and to ensure the entire coil is firm and flat, also serving as a reinforcement for the ground insulation.
Filling Insulation: Fills the gaps in the coil to securely form a cohesive whole, reducing vibration, and ensures the coil is neatly shaped and flat, facilitating ground insulation wrapping and enhancing heat dissipation.
Pad Insulation: Protects the insulation structure from mechanical damage during processing operations.
Switch Insulation: Insulation between commutator segments, segment group to ground insulation, V-shaped mica rings and mica sleeve between segment group and pressure ring, multi-layer high-quality rosin plastic mica
