Flowmeter Type:
The TF series metal tube float flowmeter consists of a measuring tube (sensor) and an indicator (electronic converter). By selecting different types of measuring tubes and indicators, various complete units can be assembled to meet on-site requirements.
The TF series metal tube float flowmeters are divided into five types based on the direction of the fluid inlet and outlet:Vertical, Horizontal (including Horizontal T-type, Horizontal Spring-type), Bottom In-Side Out, Side In-Side Out, Side In-Top OutEach type comes in standard, high-temperature, and jacketed versions, among others.
Level installation flowmeters should use T-shaped structures when the diameter is less than DN50 (inclusive), and spring structures when greater than DN50.
Flow Meter Connection Specifications: The TF series standard type metal tube float flow meter adopts the GB/T9119-2000 flange standard, which can be customized according to customer requirements; both threaded and clamp connection methods are also available.
Indicator Selection:
Users can select on-site display, electric remote transmission, intrinsically safe, explosion-proof, or HART protocol-compatible models based on actual site requirements. Detailed functional descriptions of various indicators are listed below.
