Flowmeter Type:
The TF series metal tube float flowmeter consists of a measuring tube (sensor) and an indicator (electronic converter). By selecting different types of measuring tubes and indicators, various complete units can be assembled to meet on-site requirements.
The TF series metal tube float flowmeters categorize the product into five types based on the direction of the fluid's inlet and outlet.Vertical, Horizontal (including Horizontal T-type, Horizontal Spring-type), Bottom-In-Side-Out, Side-In-Side-Out, Side-In-Top-OutEach type comes in standard, high-temperature, and jacketed versions, among others.
For horizontal installation flowmeters, choose T-type structures when the diameter is less than or equal to DN50, and spring structures when greater than DN50.
Flowmeter Connection Specifications: The TF series metal tube float flowmeter standard model adopts the GB/T9119-2000 flange standard, which can be customized according to customer requirements; threaded and clamp connection methods are also available.
Indicator Selection:
Users can choose from on-site display models, electric remote transmission models, intrinsic safety explosion-proof models, flameproof models, or HART protocol-enabled models based on actual site requirements. Detailed functional descriptions of various indicators are listed below.
