The floor paint exhibits excellent leveling properties, with a smooth and glossy surface and good decorative qualities; the film is tough, pressure-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and impact-resistant after curing; it also resists corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, chemical solvents, and oil-based mediums.
Floor Paint Process:
1. Remove loose layers, delaminations, and cement residues, making the surface hard and smooth, and enhancing the adhesion between the floor coating and the ground.
2. Primer Application: After mixing the epoxy sealant primer, apply it by rolling, scraping, or brushing to thoroughly wet the concrete and allow it to penetrate into the inner layers.
3. Intermediate Coating Application: Thoroughly mix and blend the intermediate coating material with an appropriate amount of quartz sand, then spread it evenly with a trowel to form a flat, dense layer of a specific thickness.
4. Surface Application: Epoxy floor paint can be troweled, brushed, rolled, or sprayed to achieve a level finish for a smooth and even surface coating. Mix the epoxy color paint and hardener evenly after application.
