Fuel/Gas Heat Transfer Oil Furnace is a packaged forced circulation vertical fuel (gas) boiler. The boiler body has a compact heating surface structure, consisting of inner and outer closely packed discs. The inner pipe forms a radiant heating surface, while the outer surface of the outer pipe forms a convection heating surface. The boiler consists of the upper body and the lower combustion chamber, assembled on-site. After the fuel/gas is fully combusted in the combustion chamber, it absorbs most of the heat by the radiant heating surface, and the high-temperature flue gas enters the convection heating surface for heat exchange. After leaving the boiler, it heats the air required for combustion in the air preheater and is then sent to the chimney by the induced draft fan and discharged into the atmosphere. **Safety Precautions for Fuel/Gas Heat Transfer Oil Furnaces:** 1. Operate strictly according to the temperature rise curve. 2. Do not put into use if the pressure difference is unstable. 3. The heat oil circulation pump can be stopped only when the oil temperature drops below 80°C. 4. Ensure good heat transfer oil circulation in high-temperature conditions. 5. Maintain a high liquid level of the heat transfer oil in the high-level tank during normal operation, and a low liquid level in the storage tank. 6. The outlet temperature of the oil must not exceed the allowable working temperature of the heat transfer oil. 7. Do not use water to浇 the furnace chamber during emergency shutdown. 8. Do not mix different types of heat transfer oils. 9. The vent of the oil storage tank should be connected to a safe area. 10. The first temperature rise speed must be carried out according to the temperature rise curve. 11. Start the blower before starting the induced draft fan, and stop the induced draft fan before stopping the blower. 12. The boiler room should be equipped with electrical and oil fire-fighting equipment.
