Use Instructions

1. Cylinders must be stored in well-ventilated areas and kept at least 1.5 meters away from any fire or heat sources. Do not use fire to heat, scald with boiling water, or expose to direct sunlight. Regularly inspect the gas cylinder valves and pipeline joints for leaks, ensuring they remain airtight. Typically, check for leaks using soap and water, and strictly prohibit using open flames for leak testing.

2. When lighting, always ignite the primer first, followed by opening the gas; do not reverse the order. There should be someone present during use to prevent the boiling water from spilling and extinguishing the flame, which could cause the liquefied gas to escape and lead to an explosion. After use, the valve must be tightly closed to prevent gas leakage.

3. Do not completely exhaust the liquefied gas inside the cylinder; a certain residual pressure must be maintained. The residual pressure should generally be greater than 49.03 kPa (i.e., 0.5 kg/cm², gauge pressure) to prevent air from entering the cylinder. After the liquefied petroleum gas is used up, the remaining residue inside the cylinder is also a flammable substance and should not be poured out arbitrarily to avoid fires caused by the residue's flow and evaporation.

4、Liquefied Petroleum GasCylinder bottles are pressurized containers that require proper maintenance and regular inspections. During handling and use, prevent them from falling or being struck. Do not use metal tools to strike the valve open, and protect them from direct sunlight and prolonged exposure to rain. Cylinder bottles are typically inspected every 2 years.

5、PetroleumThe explosive range of liquefied gas is not very wide, but due to its low limit, it's easy to ignite and explode upon leakage. Moreover, as LPG is heavier than air, it tends to flow downwards upon leakage in the air, accumulating in low-lying areas and posing a hidden danger of gas explosion. Therefore, in areas where gas is prone to leakage, relying solely on window ventilation is insufficient; attention must also be given to the lower ventilation.

6. When a liquefied gas leak is detected indoors, windows and doors should be opened immediately for ventilation, allowing the gas to disperse away from any open flame. No fire is allowed in the vicinity. The area should only be used after the fault is resolved and the distinctive odor has dissipated. Any leaked liquid on the ground should be covered with sand or earth and then removed to a safe location. In case of a gas cylinder fire, shut off the valve immediately, move it to an open area outdoors, and extinguish the fire using dry powder extinguishers, carbon dioxide extinguishers, or by covering it with a wet sack.

7. Educate children not to tamper with gas cylinders at will, and users must be aware of the safety knowledge for handling gas cylinders.

Attachment: Safety valves and pressure gauges must be rigorously inspected. It is mandatory to report for inspection to the local Quality Supervision and Inspection Bureau. This ensures better usage for the customers. If the pressure gauge fails, your terminal's gas consumption cannot be accurately measured, causing unease in usage and concern about potential issues with the liquefied gas storage tank. Both the air compressor and the storage tank itself are equipped with safety valves. When pressure exceeds the safe set range of the safety valve, it will automatically relieve pressure. The pressure gauge also plays a significant role, so all components of special equipment must be used with caution daily. In case of any issues, first confirm if the steel plate thickness of the storage tank body meets standards; if not, identify the cause of steel plate corrosion. Also, verify if the auxiliary equipment like the safety valve and pressure gauge meets the requirements. After all judgments are deemed不合格 (unqualified), the local Technical Supervision Bureau issues a notice of non-compliance to the company. Upon receiving the notice, the company must replace the new pressure vessel.
