A gas thermal oil heater is a new type of special boiler with low pressure and high-temperature operating characteristics, capable of reaching heating temperatures up to 340°C in the liquid phase or 400°C in the vapor phase. It can be used for various production processes requiring uniform and stable heating within the temperature range of 150°C to 380°C, where direct flame heating is not permitted. Organic heat carriers are employed to provide heating in such applications. The gas thermal oil heater runs on gas fuel and uses thermal oil as the medium, utilizing a thermal oil circulation pump to force the medium into a liquid-phase circulation, transferring heat to the heat-consuming equipment and then returning it to the heating furnace for reheating. It can achieve high working temperatures at low pressure and allows for high-precision control of the medium's operation. The system has a high thermal utilization rate and is easy to install and maintain due to its modular design, making it an ideal, safe, efficient, and energy-saving heating equipment. After the fuel oil (or gas) is ignited by the burner, the high-temperature flame enters the inner coil to form a radiant heating surface. It then rotates 180° forward after passing the rear of the inner coil into the interlayer area between the inner and outer pipes, creating a convective heating surface. Subsequently, it enters the second interlayer area above the middle and outer coils and exits through the chimney at the rear of the second interlayer into the atmosphere.
