Fuel/Gas Thermal Oil Boiler is a assembled vertical forced circulation oil (gas) boiler. The boiler body features a compact heating surface structure, composed of inner and outer closely packed discs. The inner tube forms a radiant heating surface, while the outer surface of the outer tube constitutes a convective heating surface. The boiler consists of an upper body and a lower combustion chamber, assembled on-site. After the fuel/gas is fully combusted inside the combustion chamber, it absorbs most of the heat by the radiant heating surface. The high-temperature flue gas then enters the convective heating surface for heat exchange. After exiting the boiler, the flue gas is heated in the air preheater to warm the air required for boiler combustion, and then it is sent to the chimney by the induced draft fan to be discharged into the atmosphere. Fuel/Gas Thermal Oil Boiler Usage Precautions: 1. Operate strictly according to the temperature rise curve. 2. Do not put into use when the pressure difference is unstable. 3. Stop the thermal oil circulation pump only when the oil temperature drops below 80°C during shutdown. 4. Ensure good thermal oil circulation in the high-temperature state. 5. Maintain a high liquid level of thermal oil in the high-level tank during normal operation, and a low liquid level in the oil storage tank. 6. The outlet temperature of the oil must not exceed the allowable working temperature of the thermal oil. 7. Do not use water to cool the furnace during emergency shutdown. 8. Do not mix different types of thermal oil. 9. Connect the vent outlet of the oil storage tank to a safe area. 10. The first temperature rise must be carried out according to the temperature rise curve. 11. Start the blower before the induced draft fan, and stop the induced draft fan before stopping the blower. 12. The boiler room should be equipped with electrical and oil fire fighting equipment.
A thermal oil heater is a new type of special boiler with low pressure and high-temperature operating characteristics, capable of heating temperatures up to 340°C in the liquid phase or 400°C in the vapor phase. Organic thermal carriers can be used for heating in various production environments where uniform and stable heating is required and direct flame heating is not permitted, within the temperature range of 150°C to 380°C. The thermal oil heater, fueled by gas, uses thermal oil as the medium, and employs a thermal oil circulating pump to force the medium into a liquid phase circulation, transferring heat to the heat-using equipment and then returning it to the heater for reheating. It achieves high working temperatures at low pressure and allows for high-precision control of the medium's operation. The system has a high thermal utilization rate, and due to its modular overall installation, it is easy to operate and maintain, making it an ideal and energy-efficient heating equipment. The fuel oil (gas) is ignited by the burner to produce a high-temperature flame, which enters the inner coil to form a radiant heating surface. After passing through the rear of the inner coil, it rotates 180° forward to enter the annular space between the inner and outer tubes, forming a convective heating surface. Then, it enters the second annular space between the middle and outer coils at the top of the annular space, and finally, it exits into the atmosphere through the chimney at the rear of the second annular space.
