Liquefied gas storage tanks are pressure vessels and are required by the national regulations to be inspected annually (the recommended service life for simple pressure vessels is 10 years as recommended by the national standards). Since inspections are conducted, there are products that pass and those that do not. Generally, businesses may need to undergo mandatory scrapping procedures if their liquefied gas storage tanks fail inspection due to improper usage procedures or inadequate maintenance. As liquefied gas storage tanks are special equipment, there is a specific process for scrapping them. Compressor liquefied gas storage tanks are often considered safe special equipment, but if any stage of manufacturing, design, installation, or usage management is not standardized, accumulated hazards could lead to explosions or even more severe consequences. Therefore, our compressor liquefied gas storage tanks must be operated according to the instructions; we should not be lazy or purchase cheap, unqualified storage tanks. Tanks up to 1 cubic meter with a capacity of 10 kg or less are considered simple pressure vessels and are not subject to inspection; national regulations provide for a 7-year exemption from inspection starting from the date of manufacture on the label, but this only applies to the main body of the storage tank.
