Quick-installation internal combustion three-pass fire-tube steam boiler. Features an offset furnace tube wet-back structure. High-temperature flue gases sequentially pass through the second and third smoke tubes, then exit through the flue and atmosphere. The boiler is equipped with removable front and rear smoke box lids for easy maintenance. The boiler is fitted with high-performance technical equipment, utilizing automatic proportional regulation, automatic water supply adjustment, programmable start and stop, and full automatic operation, among other advanced technologies, and is equipped with automatic protection functions such as high and low water level alarms, extremely low water level, over-pressure, and fireout. Fuel/Gas Heat Transfer Oil Furnace is a modular forced circulation vertical fuel (gas) boiler. The boiler's heating surface is compactly structured, consisting of inner and outer closely packed discs. The inner tubes form a radiant heating surface, while the outer surface of the outer tubes forms a convective heating surface. The boiler is composed of an upper body and a lower combustion chamber, assembled on-site. After the combustion is fully completed in the combustion chamber, the high-temperature flue gas absorbs most of the heat through the radiant heating surface, then enters the convective heating surface for heat exchange. After leaving the boiler, the air required for combustion is heated in the air preheater, and then the flue gas is sent to the chimney and released into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan through the dust collector. Precautions for the use of Fuel/Gas Heat Transfer Oil Furnace: 1. Operate strictly according to the temperature rise curve. 2. Do not use when the pressure difference is unstable. 3. The heat transfer oil circulation pump can only be stopped when the oil temperature drops below 80 degrees Celsius during shutdown. 4. Ensure good heat transfer oil circulation in high-temperature conditions. 5. During normal operation, maintain a high liquid level of the heat transfer oil in the high-level tank, and keep the heat transfer oil in the storage tank at a low level. 6. The outlet temperature of the oil must not exceed the allowable working temperature of the heat transfer oil. 7. Do not use water to rinse the furnace during emergency shutdown. 8. Do not mix different types of heat transfer oil. 9. The vent of the oil storage tank should be connected to a safe area. 10. The initial temperature rise must be carried out according to the temperature rise curve. 11. Start the fan before the blower and stop the blower before stopping the fan. 12. The boiler room should be equipped with electrical and oil fire-fighting equipment.
