These tanks require a Class 3 pressure vessel design and manufacturing qualification issued by the state. Our technical team will re-inspect the steel plates for compliance after purchase. Qualified steel plates undergo a series of processes including rolling, splicing, welding, flaw detection, annealing, hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, sandblasting for rust removal, and painting, all using state-of-the-art production techniques to guarantee the quality of our storage tanks. Liquefied gas storage tanks are primarily used in liquefied gas stations. The production process involves several steps, with key ones including: selecting high-quality raw materials from reputable large-scale steel enterprises; our company uses materials from state-owned steel enterprises in Jinan and Anyang. Next, after the tank is welded, it undergoes full annealing to relieve the stress on the steel plates, ensuring the tank is a single, integrated unit with no cracks in the welds. Furthermore, our company employs sandblasting to remove rust, using steel grit of one to two millimeters to abrade the tank surface. This method effectively removes rust, and the paint applied after this process can last longer.***Our company has chosen products from large paint manufacturers, applying two coats of anti-rust primer followed by two coats of topcoat. These four coats ensure the storage tank will not peel for five to ten years, and with good maintenance, it can last up to twenty years without needing repainting.

Liquefied gas storage tanks are pressure vessels, and the national requirement is for an annual inspection (with a recommended lifespan of 10 years for simple pressure vessels). Since inspections are conducted, there are products that pass or fail. Generally, if a company's liquefied gas storage tank fails an inspection due to improper use procedures or inadequate maintenance, it must be compulsorily scrapped. As storage tanks are special equipment, scrapping requires a specific process. Compressor liquefied gas storage tanks are often considered safe special equipment, but if any stage of manufacturing, design, installation, or usage management is not standardized, accumulated hazards could lead to explosion accidents or even more severe consequences. Therefore, we must follow the operating procedures for compressor liquefied gas storage tanks, avoid shortcuts, and never purchase inexpensive, unqualified storage tanks. Tanks with 1 cubic meter and 10 kg capacity or less are classified as simple pressure vessels and do not require inspection; the national regulation stipulates a 7-year exemption from inspection starting from the manufacturing date on the label, but this only applies to the tank body itself.
