Quick-installation internal combustion three-pass fire-tube steam boiler. Features an offset furnace tube wet-back structure. High-temperature flue gas sequentially passes through the second and third pass smoke tubes, then exits through the rear smoke chamber and chimney to the atmosphere. The boiler is equipped with removable front and rear smoke box lids for easy maintenance. The boiler is equipped with high-quality technical performance, utilizing advanced technologies such as automatic proportional adjustment, automatic water regulation, programmed start/stop, and fully automatic operation, and is equipped with automatic protection functions including high and low water level alarms, extremely low water level, over-pressure, and shutdown. 1. The overall structure of this gas-fired steam boiler is rational and compact, classified as an island-type boiler, meeting the quick-assembly factory conditions. The product is composed of three main parts upon leaving the factory: the boiler main unit, chimney, and piping. The main unit and chimney sections have been completed within the factory, and the piping valves and instruments matched with the main unit have been pre-installed. Upon arrival at the site, simply connect the main unit and chimney, and then connect the gas, electricity, and water piping to start the test run. This significantly reduces the cycle time and ensures the quality of the product.
2. The boiler design features advanced performance. The main boiler body is an integrated structure, with the vessel assembly on the front smoke box cover, and the main body is mainly arranged with heating surfaces and compartments. It boasts a rational and compact structure, low steel consumption, and employs an offset corrugated furnace shell. The insulation layer uses a new type of lightweight thermal insulation material, and the outer packaging is made of colored thin plates. The outer shape is rectangular.

A gas heat-conducting oil furnace is a new type of special boiler with low-pressure and high-temperature operating characteristics, capable of reaching heating temperatures of up to 340°C in the liquid phase or 400°C in the vapor phase. Organic heat carriers can be used for heating in various production scenarios that require uniform and stable heating and do not permit direct flame heating within the temperature range of 150°C to 380°C. The gas heat-conducting oil furnace uses gas as fuel and heat-conducting oil as the medium, utilizing a thermal oil circulating pump to force the medium into a liquid-phase circulation, transferring heat energy to the heat-consuming equipment before returning it to the furnace for reheating. This allows for high operating temperatures at low pressure and enables high-precision control of the medium's operation. The system has a high thermal utilization rate, and due to its modular overall installation, it is easy to operate and maintain, making it an ideal, safe, efficient, and energy-saving heating equipment. The high-temperature flame produced by the fuel oil (gas) from the burner enters the inner coil to form a radiant heating surface, then rotates 180° forward after passing the rear of the inner coil, entering the annular space between the inner and outer tubes to form a convective heating surface. Subsequently, it enters the second annular space between the middle and outer coils at the top of the annular space, and at the rear of the second annular space, it is exhausted into the atmosphere through the chimney.
