Categories of Gas Boilers
Gas boilers can be categorized by fuel type into natural gas boilers, city gas boilers, coking gas boilers, liquefied petroleum gas boilers, and biogas boilers, among others; by function into KS-Q gas water boilers, CLHS/CWNS gas hot water boilers (including gas heating boilers and gas bathing boilers), LHS/WNS gas steam boilers, etc.; by structure into vertical gas boilers and horizontal gas boilers; and by flue gas flow into single circuit gas boilers and triple circuit gas boilers. Features of Gas Boilers
1. Large font display of water temperature for easy monitoring of boiler and system operation. Water temperature can be set freely from 10°C to 90°C. The boiler automatically heats the system or provides hot water for domestic and bathing use.
2. The control system regulates the start and stop of the circulating pump based on the boiler water temperature. The hot water circulating pump activates when the boiler water temperature reaches the set upper limit, and it stops when the temperature falls below the set lower limit.
3. The horizontal gas-fired hot water boiler features a three-pass full-wet back structure. It employs a large furnace and thick flue tubes to increase the radiant heat absorption in the furnace, achieving effective energy saving and consumption reduction. The use of threaded flue tubes and wavy furnace pots greatly enhances the heat transfer efficiency, significantly saving fuel consumption.
4. The entire unit is equipped with overheat protection (the burner automatically stops working and emits an alarm when the water temperature inside the furnace exceeds a high limit), secondary overheat protection (the secondary circuit is automatically disconnected when the boiler shell temperature exceeds 105℃), dry-burn and low-water protection (the boiler stops working and emits an alarm when the water level is below the extremely low level), and electric leakage protection (the power supply is automatically disconnected when the control system detects electrical leakage or a short circuit).
5. Boilers are designed with atmospheric pressure structure, ensuring they are in a non-pressurized state, with no safety risks. They feature advanced multi-layered insulation with centrifugal glass wool and are externally packaged with high-quality, white color steel plates, offering minimal heat loss and a rust-resistant, aesthetically pleasing appearance.
