The LNG storage tank is a double-walled structure, consisting of an inner tank, an outer tank, internal and external supports, an insulating layer, a pressure safety system, a vacuum pump, and a pipeline system. All vacuum-insulated structures rely on vacuum. Due to the high degassing rate and suction resistance of the insulating space materials, and the inability to exceed the roasting temperature of the sealing material without causing slow degassing, suction can be challenging. To achieve the required vacuum level within the designed suction time, in addition to the vacuum pump and suction process, it also depends on the flow area of the annular suction pipes. To ensure a high vacuum level and improve the suction rate, a vacuum pump is installed at both ends of the equipment. One pump consists of three suction pipes, placed in the lower part of the annular space and extending from the bottom, while the other pump, also with three suction pipes, is positioned in the upper part of the annular space and extends from the top. The two sets of suction pipes cross and overlap along the length of the tank. By increasing the flow area of the suction pipes and using various auxiliary methods such as heating and nitrogen displacement, the vacuum time for the 100m³ annular insulating space is reduced to one-third of the conventional structure.

This product is a horizontal fixed vacuum powder insulation low-temperature storage tank, featuring a double-layered cylindrical structure. The inner container is designed for storing low-temperature liquefied natural gas, while the outer shell forms and protects the vacuum insulation space. The annular space is filled with pearlescent sand and evacuated to create an effective insulation system. The design of the outer shell and support system can withstand the external forces generated during manufacturing, transportation, installation, and use. The tank bottom is equipped with a complete set of valves, instruments, and safety devices for operation.

Vacuum Degree:

1. The inner and outer surfaces of the stainless steel liner undergo degreasing and acid pickling passivation. The carbon steel shell's inner and outer surfaces are treated with sandblasting to remove rust, ensuring paint adhesion, extending the paint's corrosion resistance lifespan, enhancing the stainless steel plate's corrosion resistance, and reducing the venting of the sandwich layer, thereby guaranteeing the vacuum's longevity.   

    2. Prior to sand loading, perform a unique dehydration pretreatment on pearl sand and heat the sandwich layer using nitrogen gas for displacement treatment, significantly reducing the source of gas emissions.

    Three, the sand filling utilizes a vacuum-assisted process and a positive-pressure compaction technique, ensuring the uniformity of the sandwiched pearlescent sand. The use of vibration rod compaction maximizes the filling capacity of the pearlescent sand, thereby guaranteeing the insulation effect of the sandwich.  

    Four: Utilizing a unique vacuum extraction process, significantly reduces the vacuuming time for the inner tank and sandwich layers, ensuring the vacuum level of the sandwich exceeds national standards. Guarantees the vacuum level of the storage tank to be3～5No reprocessing required within the year.

Appearance:

  One. The bending of elbows is done on a CNC bending machine, strictly ensuring the geometric dimensions of the elbows. No elbow joints are used, significantly reducing pipeline resistance and enhancing the aesthetics of the outer pipeline system.   

    The paint used is from the world-renowned brand Jotun, with two coats of primer and two coats of topcoat, ensuring the longevity of the paint and the quality of the equipment's appearance.
