Gas boiler working principle:
Water inside the pot (pot shell) is continuously heated by the energy released from the combustion of gas fuel in the furnace, causing the temperature to rise and producing pressurized steam. As water's boiling point increases with pressure, the pot is sealed, and the expansion of steam inside is restricted, creating pressure and forming thermal power (strictly speaking, the steam in the boiler is formed by the water in the pot shell being heated at a constant pressure to saturation and then vaporizing). As a source of energy, it is widely used.

This is a quick-installation horizontal internal combustion three-pass fire-tube boiler. It features an offset furnace tube semi-wet-back structure, where high-temperature flue gases sequentially wash the second and third pass flue tubes, then discharged into the atmosphere through the rear smoke chamber and chimney. The boiler is equipped with removable front and rear smoke box lids for easy maintenance. It also features high and low water level alarms, as well as automatic protection functions for extremely low water levels, overpressure, and flameout. The burner's combustion program is controlled by an advanced combustion controller, capable of achieving all necessary functions for the normal combustion of fuel boilers. It can automatically implement protective shutdowns during normal operation, accidents, or extreme conditions. Equipped with a corresponding water level controller and pressure proportional regulator, it ensures high and low water level indication, overpressure indication, and adjustment, guaranteeing water level fluctuations within the normal range and steam pressure within the allowable fluctuation range. It also triggers a protective shutdown indicator in cases of extremely low water levels or overpressure.
II. Key Features
1. The overall structure is rational, compact, and belongs to the boiler island type, meeting the requirements for quick assembly and factory shipment. Upon delivery, the product is composed of three main parts: the boiler main unit, chimney, and pipeline system. The main unit and chimney sections have been fully manufactured in the factory. The pipeline valves and instruments for the main unit are already installed. Upon arrival at the site, simply assemble the main unit and chimney, connect the gas, power, and water pipelines, and the machine can be tested. This significantly shortens the installation period while ensuring product quality.

The boiler's main unit features an integrated structure, with the burner mounted on the front smokebox cover, and the main body primarily arranged with heating surfaces and combustion chambers. It boasts a rational and compact structure, low steel consumption, a bias-angled corrugated furnace tube, and an insulation layer made of a new lightweight thermal insulation material. The outer packaging is made of colored thin plates, with a rectangular shape, making the boiler's performance, weight, structural dimensions, and exterior design significantly more advanced and aesthetically pleasing compared to domestic products of the same capacity. The water supply equipment for the boiler is configured on the boiler's bottom base on the right side, making it an integral part of the main unit without the need for an additional foundation.
