CLHS/CWNS Fuel Gas Hot Water Boiler 1. Computerized Hot Water Boiler Controller, all functions are magically stored on a smart chip. The boiler can be turned on with a single button, operates automatically with timed and temperature settings. Users can set the boiler's start and stop times, and once set, no one needs to be on duty, saving time and effort.
2. Equipped with dual-fuel burners that can operate on both oil and gas, featuring high automation. It automatically cleans according to the controller's instructions, with electronic ignition and automatic combustion. It also has an automatic proportioning of air-fuel (or gas), ensuring performance is safe and stable with excellent combustion results. Additionally, it is equipped with an extinguishing protection device to guarantee safe operation.
3. The fire tube is fitted with flame-retardant baffles, which slow down the exhaust smoke speed, enhance heat exchange, and result in lower temperature smoke emitted from the smoke chamber, reducing heat loss and fuel consumption.
4. Large font display of water temperature for easy monitoring of the boiler and system operation. Water temperature can be freely set from 10℃ to 90℃, with the boiler automatically heating the system or providing hot water for domestic and bathing use.
5. The control system regulates the start and stop of the circulating pump based on the boiler water temperature. For heating with a hot water boiler, the hot water circulating pump starts when the boiler water reaches the set upper temperature limit, and stops when it falls below the set lower temperature limit. For bathing with a hot water boiler, the hot water circulating pump stops when the boiler water reaches the set upper temperature limit, and starts when it falls below the set lower temperature limit.
6. Horizontal oil-gas hot water boiler features a three-pass full-wet back structure. It utilizes a large furnace and large flue design to enhance the radiant heat absorption in the furnace, effectively achieving energy conservation and consumption reduction. The use of threaded flues and wavy furnace pots significantly strengthens the heat transfer efficiency, greatly reducing fuel consumption.
7. The unit is equipped with overheat protection (the burner automatically stops and beeps when the water temperature inside the furnace exceeds the high limit), secondary overheat protection (the secondary circuit is automatically disconnected when the boiler shell temperature exceeds 105℃), dry-burn protection (the boiler stops working and beeps when the water level is below the extremely low level), and electric leakage protection (the power supply is automatically disconnected when the control system detects electrical leakage or a short circuit).
8. Boilers are designed with atmospheric pressure structure, ensuring they are in a non-pressurized state with no safety hazards.
