Vacuum Degree:
1. The interior and exterior surfaces of the stainless steel lining undergo degreasing treatment and acid pickling passivation. The carbon steel shell has been sandblasted and rust removed on both interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring paint adhesion, extending the lifespan of paint's corrosion resistance, enhancing the stainless steel plate's corrosion resistance, and reducing the amount of gas released from the sandwich layers, thereby ensuring the longevity of vacuum degree.

The liquefied natural gas storage tank consists of the tank body, instruments, pipelines, valves, etc. The storage tank features two types of liquid intake methods, the upper and lower sections, which can be chosen and used according to the actual conditions.
The inner tank of the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) storage tank is equipped with a safety system device featuring dual safety valves. Under normal operation, one set is in active use while the other is on standby. Should the active safety valve trip, the manual pressure relief valve is immediately opened to depressurize below the tank's working pressure. Simultaneously, the safety device is swiftly switched to the standby system via the manual handle, effectively ensuring the tank's safety. This safety system consists of safety valves, explosion-proof devices, vent valves, and three-way ball valves, not only reducing pipeline welding but also boasting excellent fire and static electricity prevention structures. Additionally, the safety relief openings on the outer shell are fully guaranteed to ensure the entire equipment's safety and reliability. The low-temperature pipeline is centrally extracted for ease of operation and control, and the extraction point is structured with Duralumin pipes to accommodate low-temperature requirements and minimize pipeline stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring the tank's safety. The vacuum extraction valve is equipped with three levels of "OFormed ring seal ensures the reliability of the intermediate seal, and is made of full stainless steel with a compact size. The top design of the liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tank features a suspended structure for easy transportation, lifting, and installation. The unique manhole design ensures internal cleanliness when the container is sealed. Vacuum isolation valves and combined vacuum gauges are used on the LNG storage tank for easy measurement of the vacuum degree in the tank's intermediate section and maintenance, extending the tank's lifespan and improving its quality. The LNG storage tank is equipped with a level gauge and pressure gauge for on-site display of liquid level and pressure.
