Our HPDY series fire gas top-pressure water supply equipment is a new type of fire protection system produced according to the national standard GB27898.4-2011 "Part 4: Fire Gas Top-pressure Water Supply Equipment for Fixed Fire Protection Water Supply Equipment." It meets the requirements of GB50015-2003 "Code for Design of Building Water Supply and Drainage," GBJ16-87 "Code for Fire Prevention Design of Architectural Design," GB50045-95 "Code for Fire Prevention Design of High-rise Civil Building Design," and GB50084-2001 "Code for Design of Automatic Sprinkler Fire Extinguishing Systems." As high-rise building fire water supply often uses air tanks instead of elevated water tanks to meet the initial 10-minute fire water demand, but the ordinary air tanks often take up too much space. The HPDY series fire gas top-pressure equipment from HuaPu can solve this issue. The device consists of an air water tank, pressure regulation device, assembly device, gas stop device, and an electrical control system. Its tank volume is 1/3 to 1/5 of that of a regular air tank, providing stable water supply pressure and is an ideal large-scale emergency fire water supply equipment.

Product Features

The HPDY products are equipped with pneumatic water tanks and containerized units, which comply with the provisions of GB150-1998 "Steel Pressure Vessels" and GB5099-1994 "Steel Seamless Gas Bottles" in terms of design, manufacturing, pressure testing, inspection, and acceptance. The containerized unit liability insurance is underwritten by the People's Insurance Company of China.

2. The HPDY product configuration pump has passed the type test by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, meeting the quality standards of GB6245-1998 "Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Fire Pumps."

3. The HPDY products feature advanced multifunctional programming controls, capable of receiving various fire signals and can be connected to a fire control center.

4. The HPDY products are equipped with dual power interface, featuring an automatic dual-power switching function.

5. The HPDY product gas topping device is equipped with a dry battery backup power supply, ensuring safe and reliable fire extinguishing performance; Quality assurance is guaranteed, with key components in standard products such as motors, pump bearings, programmable controllers, circuit breakers, contactors, relays, etc., using high-quality international and domestic products.

6. HPDY products can store fire-fighting water for 10 minutes, capable of replacing indoor fire reservoirs. They offer advantages such as cost savings, short construction periods, easy installation, and easy automation. They are particularly suitable for buildings in earthquake-prone areas, concealed projects, temporary structures, and those that, due to architectural aesthetics, are not suitable for high-level water tanks.
