Polyurethane conveyor roller

Polyurethane belt conveyor rollers are functional roller components based on a metallic core, with the surface coated in polyurethane elastomers, specifically designed for belt conveyor systems to achieve efficient material transfer. They balance rigidity support and elastic cushioning through a composite structure (metal core + polyurethane layer), key features include:

       1. Ultra-high Abrasion Resistance: Polyurethane layer Akron abrasion <0.08 cm³/1.61 km, 5-10 times the wear resistance of rubber rollers, suitable for heavy wear scenarios such as sandstone, ore, etc.

       2. Anti-slip and Anti-offset: The surface can be designed with grooves or a Crepe finishing process (roughness ≥ 0.8μm), effectively increasing the friction coefficient (≥0.8), preventing the belt from slipping or drifting off course.

       3. Corrosion Resistance Compatibility: Withstanding oil stains, mild acids and alkalis, and temperature ranges from -40℃ to 120℃, meeting stringent requirements of environments such as food and metallurgy.       

       4. Structural Reliability: Utilizing high-intensity adhesive bonding technology (peel strength > 500KN/m2) and combining with the characteristics of polyurethane tear strength > 50N/mm, it ensures no adhesive failure or cracking under heavy-load conditions. This roller significantly enhances the lifespan and operational stability of the conveying system, serving as a core component for continuous operation in modern production lines.
