Polyurethane roller

Polyurethane-covered roller is an industrial roller component with a metal roller core as the base and a polyurethane elastomer coating on the surface, combining high strength and high elasticity. It is widely used in printing, textile, metallurgy, and other fields. Its core characteristics include:

‌       1. Outstanding Physical Properties: Wide hardness range (Shore A50-D80), rebound rate ≥95%, tear strength up to 30-60 kN/m, wear resistance 3-5 times that of rubber.

       2. Strong chemical stability: Resistant to oils and solvents (such as diesel, lubricating oil, UV inks), but sensitive to strong acids and alkalis.

       3. High environmental adaptability: Withstanding temperature ranges from -40℃ to 120℃, maintaining dimensional stability in extreme environments such as humid and dry conditions.

Multi-functional Applications: Used in the printing industry for ink transfer/paper pressing, in the textile field for guiding fabric/rolling dyeing, and in metallurgy for high-temperature plate conveying and cleaning. Material formulas such as polyester and polyether can be adjusted to meet different working conditions.
