Polyurethane roller

Polyurethane-covered roller cores are industrial roller components based on a metallic roller core, with a surface coating of polyurethane elastomer, offering both high strength and high elasticity. They are widely used in printing, textile, metallurgy, and other fields. Key features include:

‌       1. Outstanding Physical Properties: Wide hardness range (Shore A50-D80), rebound rate ≥95%, tear strength up to 30-60 kN/m, wear resistance 3-5 times that of rubber.

       2. Strong chemical stability: Resistant to oils and solvents (such as diesel, lubricating oil, UV inks), but sensitive to strong acids and alkalis.

       3. High environmental adaptability: Tolerates temperature ranges from -40℃ to 120℃, maintaining dimensional stability in extreme conditions such as humidity and dryness.

Multi-functional Applications: Used in the printing industry for ink transfer/paper pressing, in the textile field for guiding fabric/ dyeing, and in metallurgy for high-temperature plate material conveying and cleaning.
