Polyurethane rigid foam

Polyurethane rigid foam is a closed-cell high-density plastic foam with an extremely low thermal conductivity (0.018-0.028 W/(m·K)), high strength, and water-resistant flame-retardant properties.Manufactured through continuous foaming or molding processes, widely used in the insulation of building exterior walls, cold chain logistics cold storage, pipeline insulation, and cold preservation of industrial equipment. The closed-cell rate exceeds 90%, with compressive strength up to 300 kPa, and is compatible with the non-fluorine environmental protection foaming technology, meeting low-carbon and energy-saving requirements.Compared to soft foam, rigid foam emphasizes thermal insulation and structural support functions.
