Polyurethane Soft Foam

Polyurethane soft foam is the most widely used type of soft and elastic foam plastic in polyurethane products. Its cell structure is primarily open-celled, featuring low density and excellent resilience, and possesses sound-absorbing, breathable, and shock-absorbing properties. The main raw material is low-functional polyether polyols, formed through physical or chemical foaming, with production processes divided into continuous block foaming and mold injection molding. It is widely used in furniture cushioning materials, mattresses, car seats, soundproofing materials, and packaging shock-absorbing layers. Derivative types include high-resilience foam and slow-resilience foam, catering to different load-bearing and comfort requirements.
