The inner container is used for storing low-temperature liquefied natural gas, while the outer shell forms and protects the vacuum insulation space. The interlayer is filled with pearlescent sand and evacuated to create an excellent insulation system. The design of the outer shell and support system can withstand the external forces generated during manufacturing, transportation, installation, and use. The tank bottom is equipped with a complete set of valves, instruments, and safety devices for operation. Safety: 1. The stainless steel is purchased from Taiyuan Iron and Steel Plant, the leading manufacturer of stainless steel plates in China, ensuring quality. 2. Pipes are sourced from Anhui TianDa Steel Tube, the first supplier of domestic stainless steel seamless tubes. 3. Materials are re-inspected according to GB150-2011 "Pressure Vessels." Cutting is done using CNC plasma cutting machines to严格控制 the geometric dimensions of the sections. 4. Longitudinal and circumferential seams are welded using submerged arc welding, resulting in good appearance and 100% X-ray inspection of the inner tank. Vacuum Degree: 1. The inner and outer surfaces of the stainless steel inner tank are degreased and acid pickled for passivation, while the carbon steel outer shell is sandblasted to ensure paint adhesion, extending the lifespan of the paint, enhancing the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel plates, and reducing the release of gas from the interlayer, ensuring the lifespan of the vacuum degree. 2. Prior to sand filling, a unique dehydration pretreatment is applied to the pearlescent sand, and the interlayer is heated and replaced with nitrogen gas to greatly reduce the gas source. 3. Sand filling uses negative pressure filling and positive pressure compaction techniques to ensure the uniformity of the interlayer pearlescent sand. 4. A unique vacuum extraction process is used, significantly shortening the time required to evacuate the inner tank and interlayer, ensuring that the vacuum degree of the interlayer exceeds national standards. The tank's vacuum degree is guaranteed not to require reprocessing for 3-5 years. Appearance: 1. Bends are made on CNC bending machines, ensuring strict geometric dimensions. Bend joints are not used, significantly reducing pipeline resistance and improving the aesthetics of the external piping system. 2.
