This product is a horizontal fixed vacuum powder insulation low-temperature storage tank, featuring a double-layered cylindrical structure. The inner container is used to store low-temperature liquefied natural gas, while the outer shell forms and protects the vacuum insulation space. The gap is filled with pearl sand and evacuated to create an effective insulation system. The design of the outer shell and support system can withstand the external forces generated during manufacturing, transportation, installation, and use. The tank bottom is equipped with a complete set of valves, instruments, and safety devices for operation. Safety: 1. All stainless steel is purchased from Taiyuan Iron and Steel Plant's stainless steel plate. Taiyuan Iron and Steel Plant is a leading domestic manufacturer of stainless steel plates, ensuring quality. 2. Pipes are sourced from Anhui Taidu Steel Pipe, the top supplier of domestic stainless steel seamless pipes. 3. Materials are re-inspected according to GB150-2011 "Pressure Vessels," and cutting is done using CNC plasma cutting machines, strictly controlling the geometric dimensions of the cylinder sections. 4. Longitudinal and circumferential seams are welded using submerged arc welding, resulting in good appearance and 100% X-ray inspection of the inner tank. Vacuum Degree: 1. The inner and outer surfaces of the stainless steel inner tank are degreased and pickled, and the carbon steel outer shell is blast cleaned, ensuring paint adhesion, extending the paint's corrosion resistance, and enhancing the stainless steel plate's corrosion resistance while reducing the release of gas from the gap, ensuring the lifespan of the vacuum. 2. Pearl sand is pre-treated with a unique dehydration process before filling, and the gap is heated and purged with nitrogen, significantly reducing the source of gas release. 3. Sand filling uses negative pressure filling and positive pressure compacting techniques, ensuring uniformity of the pearl sand in the gap. 4. A unique vacuum extraction process is employed, greatly shortening the time required to evacuate the inner tank and gap, ensuring that the vacuum degree is superior to national standards. The tank's vacuum degree is guaranteed to not require reprocessing for 3-5 years. Appearance: 1. Elbows are bent on CNC bending machines, strictly ensuring geometric dimensions. Elbow joints are not used, significantly reducing pipeline resistance and improving the aesthetics of the external piping system. 2. Paint is applied using world-renowned Jotun paint, with two coats of primer and two coats of topcoat, ensuring paint longevity and equipment appearance quality.
