Gas boiler structure:

   The He Guo gas-fired boilers currently mainly include the WNS series and the SZS series. The WNS series boilers are primarily composed of the drum and the furnace tube, featuring a second and third return螺纹烟管 heating surface, also known as horizontal three-pass boilers. The "wet-back" boiler refers to the smoke chamber of the boiler being moved inside the drum, with the tube plate, back plate, and cylinder of the smoke chamber all surrounded by boiler water (i.e., immersed in the boiler water), hence the name "wet-back" (also known as water-back).
The WNS series combustion chambers are all submerged in water, making them wet-back boilers. The smoke chambers of dry-back boilers are not fully enclosed in water. The Hekou gas boilers use a wet-back structure. Additionally, to ensure the safe and economic operation of the boiler, auxiliary equipment such as instruments, automatic control systems, and protection systems are also added.

    SZSSeries boilers belong to the double-drum longitudinal vertical room combustion boilers. These boilers are of the upper and lower drum type with water-cooled walls. Between the drum and the lower header, there are downcomers and water-cooled wall tubes, forming the framework of the combustion chamber. The upper part of the drum is equipped with a steam-water separator to reduce the amount of water carried away by steam. The heating surface of the drum is the lower part, including the water-cooled wall tubes and flue tubes, which are separated into the flue gas return path by a membrane wall between the water-cooled walls. Generally suitable for large-tonnage or boiler types with working pressure ≥ 1.6MPa.
