[C-Steel Frame] Utilizes high-quality 60*40*1.2mm rectangular tubes for connection, with a surface finish of AkzoNobel epoxy powder coating, high-temperature cured, and treated for acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance. The coating thickness is ≥75μm, and the protective layer has passed the impact test. It does not deform under a load of ≥500kg/㎡.

[Cabinet] constructed with 18mm thick E1 grade melamine board, formaldehyde emissions meet national standards; all sections are sealed with hot melt glue and imported edge strips via an automatic high-temperature hot melt sealing machine, forming an integral bond with the board for sturdy and reliable adhesion, excellent moisture resistance, and durability; panel parts use a three-in-one dismountable connection, ensuring a stable structure, good load-bearing capacity, and easy dismantling.

4. [Hinges] Selected DTC brand hinges, known for their flexibility, noiseless operation, durability, and can withstand 100,000 cycles of opening and closing without failure.

5. [Guides] Selected DTC brand three-section black silent guides, with good load-bearing capacity and durability; passed destructive tests by authorized departments exceeding 30,000 times, and 48-hour acid mist testing, highly corrosion-resistant.

6. [Handle]: U-shaped aluminum alloy handle or PP straight-line handle, aesthetically pleasing, durable, corrosion and stain resistant, colorfast.

7. [Adjustable Foot] Adjustable Combination Base: Height adjustable from 0~30mm, each foot equipped with a nut for stability, featuring load-bearing, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, and level adjustment capabilities. The design is aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.
