Considering that the packaged items are all metal products, which are heavy and not easy to move, our company has specially designed and manufactured a dual-station feeding trolley for back-and-forth exchange wrapping, which can increase the pre-packaging preparation time for products while significantly improving work efficiency.

Basic Features:

PLC microcomputer control is adopted.

Touchscreen HMI display. Simply input the outer diameter, inner diameter, and width of the steel strip, and the microcomputer system automatically sets the wrapping length and number of turns.

Operation is simple, with random display of automatic working status, featuring the function to show fault content in Chinese.

The packaging ring body utilizes variable frequency speed control, allowing the overlap of the wrapping tape to be adjusted according to packaging requirements.

The idlers and protective rollers in contact with the steel belt surface are all treated with polyurethane rubber coating.
