About the Equipment:
The flip function accommodates the flipping requirements of various specifications of goods, providing safe, smooth, and efficient process conveying to achieve the goal of converting goods from horizontal to vertical or vice versa. The flipper machine is categorized into 90°, 120°, and 180° models based on the maximum flip angle.
Based on the performance they achieve, they can be categorized into steel strip flip machines, mold flip machines, and plate flip machines.
The steel strip flipping machine accomplishes the lifting of heavy steel coils onto the machine's V-shaped surface, then flips them 0-90° to lay flat on a tray.
Mold flip machines facilitate the rotation of molds from 0-90° during maintenance of large and medium-sized molds, making opening, closing, and lifting the molds convenient, labor-saving, and safe.
